Come support the Paw Brigade’s fundraiser for the expansion and improvement of the Vermilion County Animal Shelter’s dog play yard. Come enjoy local vendors, silent auction, kid’s activities and dog performances while supporting a good cause. Proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to the improvements of the play yard. 
 
Showtime Information
Enter your dog into one or more of the following:
  Cutest Costume 4:00
  Best Unique Trick 4:30
  Owner Look-a-Like 5:00
  Most Obedient 5:30
  Best Kisser 6:00
  Cutest ears 6:30
  Best in Show 7:00
 
Please check in with the stage director ten minutes before the start of your category.  Be sure to pay attention to the Dog Show, since categories typically run ahead of schedule.
 
Registration: Before May 7th $10.00 / dog, t-shirt included
After May 7th $15.00 / dog, t-shirt NOT included
 
Rules of Entry: Handlers must be 18 yrs of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Proof of rabies vaccination and certificate required at time of registration.

Dogs and their owners must register by 3:00 pm on the day of event.
At registration, owners will fill out information such as dog and owner’s name,
breed of dog, markings, color, etc. for information to share over the
P.A. system when they compete.

Download and complete the Showtime Registration Packet and return to the shelter.
Early Registration ends May 7th.
 
The competition categories are listed above and will follow in that order. As the category is announced, each dog that is entered will go into the stage one at a time, parade around stage for judges to view and score, and then exit. Ribbons will be awarded to the winner of each category. The winner of each event is automatically entered into –‘Best of Show’- the final event of the day. 
 
The Dog Show is not at all competitive and has been designed to have fun. All dogs will be on leashes.
