For removal of Social Security Numbers & Personal Numbers from a Recorder's image, please fill out the request form below.  The State Statute HB 5586 exempts State or Federal Tax Liens, or Death Certificates from redaction. 

If through searching online any recorded documents have been determined to contain the personal information listed below, please complete and print this form. 

Mail the completed form to the Recorder's office at the above address.
